What warranties do you offer?
We don’t offer warranties because our company has no control over the rate of usage nor the condition of your septic system.
How often should my septic tank be pumped?
Answers can vary. This depends on the age, condition, size of the household, water usage etc. Please contact our office for further assistance.
How do I know if my septic system is overflowing?
Common signs may include the ground being damp, wet or pooling with water near your septic system. Water back ups at the lowest drain can also cause overflowing. Please contact the office for further assistance.
Why do I smell a foul sewage odor near my septic system?
Answers can vary. See if the caps, covers or lids of the septic system are securely in place. We recommend to make sure the smell is coming from your system versus another person’s property.
Why does my toilet flush slowly and gurgle?
Answers can vary. There could be a number of variables affecting your toilet. Please contact the office for further assistance.
Do you inspect and certify septic systems?
The answer is no. However if you contact our office, we might be able to refer someone in your area who specializes in septic system inspections and certifications.
Can I still use my garbage disposal or will that affect my septic tank?
Yes you can use your garbage disposal but be aware that everything that goes down your disposal will end up in your septic system.
What items can be flushed?
We don’t recommend anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Please see the question “Which household items can’t be flush?” for further information.

Do you offer to locate my septic system?
The answer is no. However if you contact our office we may be able to refer someone in your area who specializes in septic system location.
Any tips or suggestions for my septic system?
It is important to have your caps and covers tightly secured and fitted properly. Visually inspect that that they are laying flat without any visible gaps. In doing so, you will keep additional rain and sprinkler water from filling your septic system.
Also a leaking toilet can unnecessarily fill your septic system. A continuous leaking toilet can fill a septic system in a matter of days.
